He won't be out of a job for long.  He'll have another NFL DC gig sooner rather than later.

I don't know.  He's talented, you know.  How many guys do you know who have broken in to a house and woken up in bed with a chick he didn't know and not gone to jail for it?

Hard to tell...outside of a hand full of NFL teams like the Rams....KC and a tad more the NFL is a cookie cutter offensive league. They all pretty much run the same offense and the ones with the best QB's and offensive lines win more than the others.
