Yes....and I don't understand why it appears the NCAA can make decisions about transfers in an expeditious fashion for everyone bur UT! It seems like we're halfway through the season before we get a decision.

I've seen that too in different places and have no idea if true. Been seeing/reading UT waited too late to get the paperwork in? Being UT I wouldn't be shocked if true.
