As much as I would like to see football this fall, I think all Power 5 conferences will delay until spring. How much will it cost them to start play and then put the games on hold?

I have zero interest in spring college football.  I don't have a big problem with skipping this season.  it wouldn't be a 'real' season anyway.  It sucks for the current players.  I imagine a large portion of them just wanna play - politics and risks be damned.

I heard one sports analyst say if they wait until spring to play then they will playing 20+ games in a short amount of time adding in the next fall season. He was questioning their supposed concern for player safety now and how playing that many games in a short time is good for player safety? I see his point.
