Doubt my priority is high enough but who knows ...

I did confirm I still have the other 4 options if I don't get tickets so there is that

Same here, highly doubt any tix fall to me though.  Dad's current home game streak sits at 388.  But I told him it won't be broken/won't count if we don't even have the opportunity to go.

I sure hope he keeps the streak going!

he needs to be recognized for that. News interview, UT, something, that's a remarkable feat

Actually, both WBIR and WVLT (local news) came out to his house a couple of years ago and did a segment, somehow I think my cousin had a connection and reached out to them without Dad knowing.  He called them after and got a DVD of it.

Obviously we go to games together but I've missed several here and there.

He's just always been that way.  His Sunday School perfect attendance streak is well over 60 years.

Obviously, I'm proud of him!

I've left early on Friday for 30 years. I didn't even get a freakin' trophy. Where's my write-up?

UT announces official attendance policy

https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/tennessee-football/tennessee-volunteers-neyland-stadium-attendance-capacity-policy-2020/

"Tennessee announced on Tuesday that football attendance will be limited to 25 percent capacity to start the season, however, the school noted “capacity restrictions could change as the season progresses, based on statewide virus data and evolving recommendations of public health officials.”

Given Neyland Stadium’s massive seating capacity, that decision means just over 20,000 fans will be allowed to attend Tennessee’s home opener against Missouri on Saturday, Oct. 3.

also

According to Tennessee, students and active Tennessee Fund donors with season tickets will be given priority when it comes to the tickets handed out this fall"

That's an amazing streak Vinnie!  Wow.

As for tickets at Neyland, should be at least 25K,if they are saying 25% capacity.  That extra 5K helps, if only a bit.

My guess is that bammer and Florida will be very hard to get, but other games maybe less so.

By the time the gaytors come to town, there might not be a restriction anyway.

I've read several posts on several boards and it looks like based on what I've read folks with not great seats are getting offer to get better seats and several who had good seats are getting offers for not as good seats....Also the huge % I've seen are opting out.

Just for grins and giggles I jumped on Vividseats yesterday to see what UT/UK tickets are going for. I let myself out pretty quickly.

I actually prefer Vividseats now if I have to go through a broker site. It's the only one I use. But let's face it: They're all a ripoff. The fees are ridiculous.

I've gotten a few tickets, what I don't like is the sneaky way they stick a processing fee on at the end, after you think you have the final amount.

And some sites charge extra for electronic only tickets, which doesn't even make sense.
