No rhyme or reason to how they approve eligibility. He should get to play. Seems like all the other schools transfers do.

The sec, in their infinite "wisdom" do not approve in conference waivers in general
However, Pruitt stating this publicly, as well as the everybody gets another year policy, puts pressure on stink stanky to approve it
