They now have our President's blessing to recruit dudes. Maybe CRB could loan them Gaines, Pember, and Plavscic for the remainder of the season.

Well. That's directed at Federal agencies, which already have pretty comprehenisve policies on that type of HS anyway.  Symbolic BS that just wastes the head of agencies time IMO.
