...increasing the foulout threshold to 6 next year.

Interesting. NBA has been at 6 for a long time, but their games are also 8 minutes longer.

"6 foul limit being discussed for men’s hoops next year. Every official I have talked to is in favor. Game is too fast and physical to stay at 5. Allows ability to overcome a bad call and keep best players in game. No need to overthink it. Just give each player 6 fouls period."

Might as well just pay them and call them pro's. I guess the Vols never got the memo that the game is fast.  Hope the new recruits can run and shoot.
