I watch The Andy Griffith Show while I eat lunch. In today's episode, Barney was trying to set Andy up with a date. So Barney and Thelma Lou bring over a girl named Lydia. Barney tells Andy that he and Lydia have a lot in common. For instance, "Lydia loves the outdoors".

Lydia replies. "I hate the outdoors. When I get in the sun I get the herpes."

Reminds me of someone who said that someone we knew had a "cou-coozie" on their deck.

Watched the original "The Blob" the other night.  I never realized before that the lead actress in that movie also played Helen Crump.

She also got carsick and if she threw a bowling ball she'd be in traction for a month. Poor Lydia.
