Winnable...but an early test for Nico. I hope he's up to it.   :powert:

No such thing as an ?easy? schedule in the new-look SEC, but ours is as easy as anyone?s.

Fillin game to cover the SEC screw job deleting our 2024 game with OU, then scheduling us to play OU in 2024

NC State was decent this year.  Not sure how much they lose.  The Coastal Carolina QB did just transfer there, and with our depleted secondary that has to be a concern.

I am glad we are getting Hadden back.  I would not mind McDonald changing his mind.  Slaughter...meh.  He could stay.  Or go.

I just hope we are working that portal hard.

Would also love to see Martinez to move on.

So Hadden does have another year? There was a argument on tos with some saying he did....some saying he didn't.

Maybe

He has posted that he does but the school isn't on the same page yet as far as I've heard.

I remember the days after high school football games when Boones Farm bottles littered underneath the bleachers...

I remember the days when Neyland reeked of JD.  They cracked down hard on that though, I hardly catch a whiff nowadays.

I do see the ridiculously overpriced beer everywhere though.

I am going to smuggle some Jack into my next game....just to  :bird: the beer vendors and Knoxville City Council.   :naughty:

When I was in the pride, when we went over to the stadium the week after a game:
In the East stands there were lots of empty minatures
In the West stands were usually a few flasks that the drunk blue bloods had left behind

When I was a lowly Airman still living in the barracks, and we were down on our luck on the weekend between paydays, we could always scrounge up enough loose change for a bottle of Boone?s. 97 cents at the Class VI.

Thunderbird was even a couple pennies cheaper, but I had standards, man.

Two questions on my band final my Sr year
Question 4:  If I had 4 apples and you have 3 apples could we compete with Boon's Farm
Question 12:  Refering to question 4, could we coexist?

Our band director had a warped sense of humour

One of my oldest memories of the illustrious Fort Campbell, home of the illustrious 101st Airborne Division, in 1989: After exiting post from the main gate, take a left and after 400 ft, turn right into "the hut".

The Hut was a drive through beverage shack that you could buy chilled alcoholic beverages (at an inflated cost, no less). They couldn't open the container for you, but to make up for the inconvenience, they provided a complementary cup filled with ice. That would tie us over until we made it to Nashville

Those were the days <3

yeah

Just don't get pulled over  :naughty:

I would not be surprised if the smokies had figured that out and targeted the servicemen (servicepeople???)

Yeah, young and dumb and all that stuff.

We did rotate who was driving so that they weren't drinking; we always had a designated babysitter

Well, you did sober up enough to outkick your coverage by a country mile or more
