Though I wasn't there, it sounds like it was a success judging from what I'm reading from those who were.  And from a bottom line standpoint, it's hard to argue with 156K+.  Especially since the attendance at both of the Bristol races was down drastically this year, I'm sure they'll be itching to do it again.  If they iron out some kinks- like traffic, entry/exit issues, permanent locker rooms, etc., can this become a semi-regular thing?  I know we can't do it every year, or even every other year- but maybe once every five?

Good friend who was covering the game for the Morristown paper told me that there was a lot of talk in the press box of a Bama/Notre Dame game at BMS in the next 4-5 years.
