Win is a win.....Glad we were playing Vandy
I was at the game
The Lady VOLS play good defense most of the time but there are stretches where it seems the entire team took a break on defense.
There is no excuse to not challenge a drive into the paint, which wasn't done 3-4 times in the 2nd half, for example.
OTOH, the vandy PG tended to pick up her dribble too early and the Lsay VOLS took advantage, often trappin her when she did that.

The first half the rebounded well, in the 2nd half, especially on the defensive end, they were bad, very bad.

They also tend to take some very bad shots, more or less playing out of control.
The offense was much better with their point guard on the bench.  The offense ran much smoother when Massengill was on the bench.
They are very slow reversing the ball to the other side of the court
In the 3rd quarter they came out driving and cutting the lane, led to some easy baskets but then they quit.

#34 for vandy cannot play defense, just hacks and holds the person she is "defending"
She molested #5 for the LVs once and got #5 called for the foul - VERY strange

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
