This isn't a decision, it's a calling. And Volunteers answer the call!

2023: 5* QB 2024: 4* QB 2025: 5* QB
I?m assuming we?ve never signed such highly rated QBs in 3 straight classes before.

I'd say the best run since we signed no.1 AND no. 2, in, what? 1994?

Yeah, in fairness that was a long time ago though. IIRC, Peyton was no.1 in one service and no. 2 in another, but this is the only one I could find: https://www.sbnation.com/college-football-recruiting/2016/2/10/10960130/recruiting-rankings-1994-before-internet-peyton-manningI think maybe Marcus Nash was the no. 1 WR and Dion Grant was the no. 1 DB as well. Those also are not in there, but maybe they were class of 95? Anyway, it was a great run at recruiting in the mid 90s....maybe those years are coming back

Grant came a little later (97?). That was the year that Rodney Garner snagged three 5*s out of GA- Grant, Jamal Lewis, and Cosey Coleman. I?d say those guys worked out.

Dwayne Goodrich was 1994, not Dion. What talent we had back then. I think the 1998 defense may actually have had more talent than any Saban team, or at the very least was on par with them. And yeah, that haul out of Georgia was the top three players in the state actually, and led to Georgia hiring Garner away from us.
