....our teams doing poorly or our teams doing well with me being on edge and yelling at the TV.

Well, okay, I know which is worse. But the latter is worse for my nerves.

Lord knows if I can stand it when the football team is good again.

I lost being nervous about UT football a good while back....we've been beaten so many times in the last 3 minutes the last few years I dang near expect it....I have the Vandy fan syndrome. Hope that changes in the future.

In basketball I can't take the last 2 minutes in a close game because that means my nerves are shot for a good 20 minutes with all the fouls....timeouts...fouls...timeouts etc...etc. I find myself changing channels and checking back with the game every so often in the last 60 seconds....Now that we have a pretty darn good team it will only make my nerves worse...
