Title: After watching the replay a few observations
Post by: PirateVOL on October 28, 2012, 06:18:33 EDT
Our offense is good and has the potential to be really good.  We have a lot of options and are perhaps one SEC caliber RB away from being a great offense.  For all the snipping Chenney has built a darn good offense.

While our safety play is very bad and we do not have the LBs to fully execute the 3-4 the defense played pretty darn good in the 2nd half.  We clearly decided to be more aggressive In the 2nd half and it worked.

Tiny played well against Cloney but just got beat on the play.  IMO no need for him to hang his head.

For the most part, Tiny OWNED Cloney for 98% of the day!

Agreed. Some call Clowney the best player in all of college football right now, and Tiny as a SOPH stood up very well. Same goes for James as I don't recall Taylor doing anything significant all day.

Wow.  Didn't know he was a soph.  Very impressive!
