I haven't decided yet. I'll make the picks tonight subject to a change tomorrow morning. This is complicated. I have to look through the vault book to see what I have and what's ready, and then there are more bottles in racks in my kitchen. It's a lot of responsibility being the "wine guy".  |

Usually red wines with red meat, white with white. But a good Pinot Noir can go with turkey. Although I don't always follow the rules. When we go out I don't want to take both red and white so we drink red even if we're having chicken or fish. |

Back to Tampa-by-the-Bay
For the first tim in a long time I'm not making the Knoxvegas/Lexington trip this year. Headed for Chitown Monday so it would have been too much travelling.

Was going to my brother-in-law's house for turkey, but he called yesterday and said he had the flu. We are going to have to postpone until Saturday. So we had to scramble and get a reservation at Calhoun's on Bearden Hill @4:00. That is still OK because my wife is still alive this year to celebrate with.
