Incidentally, Javonte Smart was only the 3rd highest rated recruit in their 2018 class, which included 4 top-100 HS guys as well as the #3 juco in the nation.

No way Smart was the only one getting paid.

Didn't Arizona sit a player that was the subject of some pretty shady stuff in the past few years?  I thought the coach was incriminated too, but I could be wrong.

Nope. Especially when you factor in Wade's comment indicating that this wasn't his first rodeo wrt making deals for players. No one could figure out how Wade recruited all that talent to LSU. I guess now we know.

Doubt it! Rumor is the LSU admin called him in to talk and he refused to come to the meeting and that left the, no choice but to suspend him. With the way the NCAA is now, I don’t see anyway he survives this.
