Towards the end, there is a series of people saying how devastating the 2001 loss to Tennessee was.

It's well worth watching!

It certainly was - lost a good chance at the SEC title, a national championship, and a possible Heisman for Grossman. That was probably our best team other than the 95-96 squads -- maybe as good as those. Of course Gator fans will point to Earnest Graham being hurt as a factor, and it was. But our defense just couldn't stop you guys -- we'll never forgive Jon Hoke, LOL. UT definitely got us that year -- of course, we gave more than we got in those days. :)

honesty (whether he was discussing his team or yours) although I used to despise his smart alec remarks. After watching that show I now think, for the most part, he isn't so much attempting to be a smart a$$ as he is just employing good natured smack talk at his competitors (of course in a few cases you can tell it's intended to hurt because someone has first denigrated him/his program). He was a true athlete and competitor to the core.

It was one of my fave games of all time...attended with Pirate, Crockett and BayVol and I believe I met you at the tailgate.  I would say it's a toss up between that game and 1998 gators in Neyland, with bammer 95 being the all time fave.

And yes, on balance you gave more than you got under SOS, no doubt, but in that final four year stretch it was 2-2 with us winning Stevie's last game in the swamp.

If the croc band section had just played Rocky Top as requested, there might have been a different outcome ...

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
