I like Hooker. But he has got to hit the open receivers more often. Some of his throws were embarrassing. I just look at the QB's our rivals have returning, Bama has a Heisman winner, UGa has Daniels. Plus they will dwarf us in talent again. I would still try to get another QB in the transfer portal, just for depth if nothing else. Did the Vols play this fast paced in our first 4 Games of the season? Why was Milton the starter to begin with?  Wasn't it pretty obvious Hooker is better. Why was Heupel slow in seeing it? Plus it doesn't matter if he throws for 4000 yards and 40 tds if the other teams throw for 5000 yards and 50 tds. ..lol. I hate the transfer portal the way it is now, but it could be a godsend for a team that is as talent challenged as we are. Just hope the big dogs don't get richer with it. The db that had two ints for UGa tonight was a transfer from Clemson. So it can work the other way and help turn a have into a have not too. Ask Clemson. But thst's a good thing.

As for your points about the first four games of the season, yes we tan the hurry up as you dam wrll know. As for Milton over Hooker, no, it isnt obvoius. How many times has it been said that you cant simulate game conditions in practice. It took two games for Heup to make a change. It took Pruitt what, 25 or 30? The fact that you even bring this up now is exactly why people think you're bamaperry.
