I cannot believe anyone watches golf on TV. Walking the course to watch is OK, but TV is a bore.
I am almost the same with baseball any more. I lose interest in a short time. In the stands is enjoyable.

On golf, I agree, but I will watch the final holes of a major if it's close. Also, every now and then I watch a few holes just to check out the form of the pros.  Watching a pro can help one's own swing.  Not so much recently, since I don't play much golf anymore, but in small doses it's okay.  No way would I watch it all afternoon though.
