Good.  If he had gotten that waiver, you might as well have just dissolved the NCAA right then and there.  It's a joke that Stoops even THOUGHT he would be eligible.

yay...esp since we play them

but I was thinking if a guy got kicked off the team they could transfer instantly.  I guess not.

And BDV...the NCAA is a shell.  The Miami investigation was sidelined by politics.  Certain high level officials in our guvmint think the kids should be paid anyway, and the prez of Miami is a former Clinton admin official.  Do the math....
