They were bad in all departments and they have a long way to go just to be average. Not sure they have a coach that can get them to average.

Never was that more evident than the owner hiring an incompetent head coach that is less than mediocre. Maybe the GM can bring in talent, but their HC does not have a clue how to win consistently. I expect a few more wins, but hold out no hope they come close to the playoffs. Titans only hope at improvement is a change in ownership or owners that hire someone that knows football instead of the balance sheet.
