I laughed out loud. I have no problem with Bear Bryant at 1, or even Nick Saban at 2. But General Neyland at 37? Jim freakin' Tressel ahead of him?

Neyland is easily a top 10 all-time coach but ESPN isn't the only one to slight him. CFB historians have always slighted his accomplishments. They're ignorant of the impact he had on the game. When it comes to the evolution of college football, Neyland was right there with coaches like Rockne and Heisman. His impact was indelible.

Neyland too low, Majors too high, Fulmer coulda, shoulda been so much higher. I will never understand how he managed to blow it after Spurrier left.  :loco:
