...HAS to be a current assistant and can have no HC experience.  Is Kirby Smart your guy?  After yesterday, I think I'd prefer the guy who schooled him- TAMU OC Kliff Kingsbury.

Agree to Kingsbury > Smart...still think Saban is the brains behind the bammer D, but how much of Kingsbury is hitting the lottery with Johnny Manziel?  I think a good bit, if not most, but ICBW
