Really good, really scary. One cool thing about it: besides all the obvious scares, there are dozens of "pause or you'll miss it" ghosts hiding in the background in many shots. So keep your remote handy.

I'm on episode 6 or 7. Good show. Sometimes hard to follow, flashing back and forth between childhood and adulthood.

Ep 6 is a pretty amazing piece of filmmaking. A dozen or more actors, multiple sets, lots of effects, and only 3 cuts up until the very end of the episode. True Detective and Mr. Robot have featured similar scenes recently, but the degree of difficulty here outstrips them both.

I didn't know True Detective was still a thing.  The first season was so good, the second one...meh.

After the disaster that was S2, they took a couple years off. But it's coming back next year.

Finished the series last night. It is pretty good. Great ending. Doesn't seem like there will be a season 2.

I just finished it myself, and...wow. I think it's in the discussion for the all-time greatest work of cinematic horror. Right up there with Psycho and The Shining. Gets better and better with every episode. I can't recommend it enough.
