Happy and concerned that Smith has been cleared to play
Happy because we need his skills and ability on the line and that he gets to continue to pursue his dreams
Concerned about a recurrence of the clots

I talked to his Dad last week and even though he didn't come out and say it I could tell good news was on the way. It made sense that he had a good chance of playing with Trey being in full gear and getting reps with the 1st team during camp. Didn't see anyway they'd do that if he wasn't going to get to play. I understand he's been under a new med protocol and so far so good.

Here's hoping for this this outstanding young man and his family.
