Hopefully it goes well for him there. That's a good place to win a championship, which I 'd want to do were I in his shoes.

If by “goes well” you mean “gets along with his teammates and coaches and doesn’t get hurt”, I agree. But I hope that absolutely nothing else goes well for him at bammer.

As always, I hope Bama goes 0-12, but otherwise their players have a positive college experience.

Other than being a instate kid not upset with this....We will be fine on the QB front. Still bet Heupel recruits him....10 long months to signing day.

Will we really be fine on the QB front? We don't know yet. I don't care just as long as our QB is better than our opponents.https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/sec-football/way-too-early-sec-qb-rankings-2021-matt-corral-jt-daniels-bryce-young/ Looks like we will be in the top half of QB's. That's a good thang. Of course we play 5 of the QB's that rank ahead of ours.

There’s some angst among Vols concerning Ty choosing the way he did. He made the statement that he knew at the beginning of February that Bama was the choice. There is some discussion that Clemson and Bama were both in the recruitment until the last few days, but by most accounts it appears that UT was definitely out of it long ago, yet he continued to “string them along”. Even Austin Price was slightly critical of the process that played out and he is usually very “player friendly” imo.

Most likely, imo, the only way that Ty was coming to Tennessee was it dad was given a position on the coaching staff.

I hope we back away completely. Like a friend of mine said, QB recruiting is like dating high maintenance women --- if you mess around with many you could likely end up with none. Here is to focusing on Horn, Tayven Jackson, and Braden Davis.

Disagree completely
This recruitment is NOT done
Stay in the game
Show results on the field and we are back in the game
I guarantee others aren't backing of our commitments

Actually, I'd be good with them going 5-(x) with a big fat 0-1 to UT every year.

If my opinion meant anything, I'd suggest that Heupel and UT wish Ty well and move on to other prospects.

We don't have any 2022 commitments for other teams to come after.

I just see Heupel being hired on 1/27. Then on 1/31 Simpson scheduled his announcement in February. According to the Chad Simmons interview with him yesterday, he stated that he made his mind up on 2/1 to choose Alabama. Being the in-state school looks to be the only reason we had a hat on the table, and that is not enough in my mind.

My position holds and is SOLID
