Interesting, but is that applicable to the AD?  General comliance and audit for the Univesity is a lot more than just the AD.

I would think the AD would have it's own org chart.

The AD is below President Boyd and the Chancellor so yes, it does apply
The Chancellor is AD White's direct boss
