He is not a QB.
I've said for 3 years we would never win championships with Dobbs at QB.....He wouldn't start at a lot of good D2 schools. He hasn't improved one bit and doesn't see the field. Kind of makes you wonder if the staff was right to try to red shirt him in 2014. For which they were criticized. Given the alternates though...I guess maybe it's too bad Ferguson didn't work out. Having said that, regardless of his recent bad play and long-term issues throwing the ball, I really do appreciate some of the games he almost single-handedly won for us. USC in 2014 and the recent win at Uga particularly come to mind. Whatever his limitations, his career at UT has been a huge upgrade over the previous four years. I appreciate everything he has done for us. :patriot: :powert: |
