I just remember another time when we needed secondary help and they tapped Carl Pickens. He did a hell of a job.

What would have occurred in '89 without Pickens? I still say he's the best WR I've seen here.

We've had a gazillion preeminent WR here. I'll put it this way... I wish we would have had him for a full four years. But there's no question he was elite.

In years past I remember quite a bit more moving players around. RB to LB, WR to DB, etc. Doesn't seem to happen as much anymore. Idk why that is. Both of the players mentioned probably played both ways in highschool. Might work.
