He recovered well and threw a great TD. Did OK. Pittsburgh offense does not seem to fit his strengths and their best weapons were absent. Still an OK debut. Looked like a backup that should make the practice squad if nothing else. Still needs to learn to read changing, disguised coverage. Given time to learn, he can make it in NFL based on the dearth on QB talent past most of the starters and their ages.

Of course, they could pick someone else up on waivers, but Dobbs looks to be the no. 2 guy this season. |
