had an ankle injury and may be out a couple of weeks. Don't like people getting hurt, but this has to help our chances.

Other than Marshall being 95% or more of his equal you might have a point.

He's faster, but IMO he's not 95%. Gurley's a first round pick NFL starter talent, I don't think Marshall is. Now...UGA still likely beat us by two TDs, but at least we don't have to deal with Gurley.

Who is Marshall's backup?

You coming up for the game?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to Knoxville this weekend.  I'm gonna miss it, too.  I've always enjoyed myself during trips up to Rocky Top...yes, even in the 90s!

I have to be honest, I'm not really worried about this game...but there's a little part of me that knows it's still Tennessee and it's still Neyland Stadium.  There are a few places in the SEC where your team travels and you know that it's going to be tough no matter what.  Neyland is and always will be one of those places.  As a Dawg fan, I just hope some of our younger kids (especially on defense) can reel the effects of this past weekend back in a little bit before they step out in front of 100+K fans in orange.

I wouldn't be either, if I were you.

Don't get me wrong...and please take note that I said "not really worried".  I didn't say "I'm not worried at all".

The Vols are going through some rough times, for sure.  Y'all know more about it than I do.  All I can relate to is what I've seen on the field; I don't know the reasons or how much youth and inexperience is involved...but one thing that remains constant is the tradition up there.  So, despite thinking Georgia has the better team at the moment, there are still a lot of players on your team that can and will play for pride.  That can be a dangerous thing.

I'll be a nervous wreck until it's over.
