Should they take a QB, or trade down and fill some of their many other needs?  And assuming they take a QB, you HAVE to be hoping that Tampa saves them from themselves and takes Winston ahead of them, right?  I think Mariota can be a great NFL QB.

Titans need a major overhaul. Glad I'm not the GM trying to figure out where to start.

Gotta pick up some help on defense. Line, Ends, LB's, and DB's. Offensively they've got decent recievers but they can't stay healthy. Also they need more depth on the O line. I think they will trade for some OL's and DE's with some speed.  Draft maybe some DB's. I don't have a clue about QB's but if Mariota is available I think you have to take him. I wouldn't touch J. Winston with a long stick. He's going to be an embarrassment (problem) to whoever picks him.

Peyton will figure it out.

It's the Titans. It's Jameis. It will happen. It must happen. Their fates are helplessly (haplessly?) intertwined.

I agree that if he's still there at #2, he's Nahsville bound.  Of course the Titans will take him.  I wouldn't expect anything less.  That's why we need to hope the Bucs bail them out.

Winston adds an interesting dynamic to this draft.  A couple years ago he would've been in line for an 8 digit annual salary, and nobody would've risked a #1 pick on him.  But now, with the rookie wage scale, teams are more than willing to roll the dice on guys like this.

They need so much help I would think you would roll the dice with Zach and see what you have the next couple of years.  They aren't going to be good for a few years so why not?  They need so much help.  I heard ESPN guy's saying they don't know if the Oregon QB would be a good fit in the NFL but I honestly don't know.  They think Jameis has all the tools to be great but can he keep himself out of troulbe....highly doubt that he can.  I would trade down and get some draft picks and use them to help in other areas and let Zach have a couple of years.

Will be shocked if the BUCS don't take Shameless Winston.

No way Winston...vince Young incarnate.  unlikely that we can trade down.  I say get WR Cooper. Need Def end more but no one at number 2 is worth it.

Winston is just a taller & more immature Johnny Football. After contract is over or team unlucky enough to sign him has had enough, he will be released. I had thought he was the next Je. Russell, but Russell at least had integrity.
