Title: Happy New Year dear friends!! Post by: RockinGrannyVol on January 01, 2013, 02:58:54 EST It has been very special this year for me and my children! They and I have reconnected with their uncle (their Dad's baby brother) and his family over the past year or so....and they came down this year and spent Christmas and New Year in Georgia....I had Uncle Tim and his beautiful wife Lisa, his two sons Alex and Philip -- BOTH currently serving our county in the Army! My two children and their families...all up here yesterday and last night -- we have had a blast! I think we all went to bed around 3AM...and my dang cat had me up around 7:30 this morning....so here I am on the computer waiting for eveyone else to start waking up! I'm going to good this crew a big hot breakfast because they all have to head home today...Tim and family to bad weather in Illinois! All my kiddos back to Kennesaw and Dallas Georgia....Anyway, it's been some very special family time and so much fun! :)
