Make him pay for the damages,take some anger management courses and hopefully he will learn from it. Go Vols! :powert:

I think it's fairly common really. I had a friend in college that I went to visit in his apartment, and there was a hole in his wall. He saw me looking at it, grinned, and said "yeah I have a temper". And I can neither confirm nor deny that my hallway may have had some fresh plaster on it a few years ago. :naughty:
