Increase team speed across the board
Find a QB
Find an O-Line that blocks consistently
Find WRs that a) can catch, b) run good routes, c) are willing to block
Find TEs that a) can block, b) can paticipate in the passing game and c) can catch the ball
Find DL personnel that can at least get pressure on the QB and preferably can sack him
Find cover corners to go with Sutton
Find safeties that a) can run and b) can tackle
Find LBs that can defend spaces and have the speed to defend the spread

I don't expect coaching changes. I'd like a couple to be considered but they don't pay me the big bucks to make those decisions
