I'm our resident pessimist, but think there's hope with the offensive staff. Here's why. A CEO can't also be a department head, but Heupel had to wear both hats this year.

The offensive staff is extremely young outside the OL. That also means there's less pushback in meetings and on the headset.

Young on the offensive side? OL...QB...and stand to lose 2 RB.

We will go into next year inexperienced and green at the QB position. We might have to hope we get to 8-4 next year. Our only saving grace is we should have 5 built in wins next year.

He is saying the STAFF is young...not the players. I have no idea how old the Offensive staff is. I could look it up, but I don't have time for that at the moment.
