Mom is having Carotid artery surgery this morning. She has a "significant" blocakge of her artery.
Any prayers would be appreciated.
For those with long memories, this is the surgery Guido had, so yeah I'm worried ...

Thanks all! Mom is out of surgery and doing ok at the moment. She conplained her head hurt. My view is that her brain wasn't used to the blood now going to it.  Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers! |

Mom escaped from the hospital this afternoon. Leaving "soon" depends upon ones definition of "soon" but she is home resting as comfortably as possible with my dad playing nurse (scary thought)  . Thanks again for all y'alls thoughts and prayers. Still a road to travel but it appears the surgery was successful and other than a very sore neck she is doing ok. |
