Her Marshall team lost to VaTech 92-46 in their NCAA tournament game. Yep, makes me think she was the right choice.   Doesn't mean she isn't. Wouldn't it make you feel better if she had a little more of a Div I resume. Glenville State is not like playing in the SEC. I still say they went the cheap route. It's not as desirable of a job as it should be unfortunately. Just have to wait and see and give her everything she needs to excel. Hopefully she can get adequate NIL offers for her players. You know the eventual expectations are to compete with South Carolina and LSU for conference titles. What is a fair timeline to do that? Oh wait, I expect too much don't I?

Still pretty amazing UConn only lost 6 games. They had 5 players out for multiple games including the former POY Bueckers for almost the whole season. That was a pretty good coaching job by Geno. SCar is the best team. Will Iowa beat them? I don't think so.

you can give these finesse, 3 shooting teams trouble. Maybe we should go after dominate bigs more often when recruiting. Most teams aren't designed to handle that. The game has went away from dominant bigs. Now they want them to even shoot three's. They are wasted on the perimeter. Used to be if you had a dominate big and a point guard you were golden.
