Comcast will no longer give us any promo discounts but we can get good ones for 12-24 months with U-Verse. Any comments on the service, performance, etc.?

I know several that have U-verse and like it, but I have had nothing but trouble with AT&T and will NEVER use them (phone, Internet, cable).  Did not have uverse, but their Internet/phone is terrible and they totally load about everything.  A friend of mine is a VP with AT&T and he got involved and still no resolution.

I have the Charter bundled package and am very pleased with service and their responsiveness.

I have Att Uverse and have come to lime it.  We had initial trouble with the dvr rebooting randomly, but the subcontractor was quick to come out and get everything under control.

We recently called and played the "we need to cancel" card.  We got upgraded to the next tier and even pay $100 less per month. It's a promotion, so we're locked in for a year, but we're happy with it.
