Gruden will take the UT job and ask Peyton Manning to be his QB coach. Peyton doesn't want his first coaching job to be OC but is intrigued by the QB coaching job. Gruden tells Peyton that with him taking the QB coaching position the UT fan base will be invigorated. Gruden asks Peyton to be at the press conference when Gruden will be announced. At that press conference Gruden will announce that Peyton is the new QB coach.
