She has the basketball version of Heup's offense Coach Caldwell statement: ?I am honored and humbled to accept the role as head coach of this historic program at the University of Tennessee,? I think they?re going to back her with mountains of cash, to negate the recruiting advantage that some of the bigger names in this league would have over her. I?m not sure they would?ve made this hire a few years ago. But her on-court resume is excellent. I think she?ll do well.

In some cases, that ego translates to ?I?m gonna drop a pallet of cash on Nick Saban?s front lawn and get him to come work for me?. In others, it?s ?I?m gonna ?discover? this D2 coach no one has ever heard of and look like a genius when they win big?. Danny White is clearly the latter. Nate Oates, Lance Liepold, Josh Heupel. Caldwell fits right into that group.
