This has been a nice "bounce back" series against a good UGA team that is arguably the third best in the SEC. Not gonna lie, after last week it kinda felt like we were going to stumble down the stretch and back in to the title- but with Arky's loss just now, we've clinched the Championship in style with 4 games to play.

Danny White has only been here for less than two years, so I’m not sure how much credit he deserves at this point, but we’ve suddenly become an all-around strong AD under his leadership. And if football returns to its former glory, he definitely WILL get credit for that.
For the first time since the Dickey years, our athletic administration has taken on an air of competence. It’s kinda weird, tbh.

I think we have a real shot at what I call a grandslam of national championships (football, women's bball, baseball, and men's basketball)... kinda like the career grandslam in golf. Already have two checked off, though we want more!

Currie hired Vitello, and Fulmer hired Harper. White hired Heupel. Can't recall who hired Barnes? Was that Currie, or Fulmer, or the guy before them?

Hart hired Barnes, but he also hired Tyndall so can't give Hart too much crdit

Already have two checked off, though we want more! I don't know if Barnes can win one here, but he at least has us in the NC picture most years. I feel like Vitello, assuming he sticks around for a while, WILL win one. Maybe this year, maybe next (don't look now, but next year's team might be even better than this one), but he'll win the big trophy at some point.

Hart hired Barnes, but he also hired Tyndall so can't give Hart too much crdit People give Hart a lot of shizzle, partly due to his bammer connections, but he was an improvement over Hamilton for sure. I'd say Hart at least didn't make things worse, to me he was more of a transition guy that just tried to put out the brush fires and partially succeeded. Have to say though, that a pile of dogshizzle would have been an improvement over Hamilton. Or a cardboard cutout. Or monkey. Or....,
