That is a good read.

Love this line...

"When they’re up on you, Neyland is a nightmare to play in. The stadium is back to the way it used to be.”

Love it!  We may take a small step back this year, but I don't think we will. I may be irrationally exuberant, but I don't think I am. Heupel just seems to have "IT". ALWAYS calm, seems he always feels he is in the game. The only outlier is South Carolina last year & if I recall our d backs were decimated with injury. Even then, Rattler was completing passes barely over outstretched hands. Let's go Big Orange!

Reminds me of Spurrier in his heyday. I'm sure the nuances are there, but I refuse to believe footbaw is that damn complicated. He has already "coached up" two teams. One more & I will be convinced. Defensive talent has improved. Young, but improved talent.

Rattler was uncannily accurate in that game.  It was almost supernatural.  I've never seen anything like it.

I'm hoping it was a fluke, once in a lifetime performance by him, never to be repeated.

He was 30-37 for 438 yards and 6 TDs    We didn't play particularly well on offense either. They went on to nip Clemson 31-30, and lost to Notre Dame 45-38 in the Gator Bowl. They were 8-5 with losses to Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, Florida, and ND. Definitely a Jekyll & Hyde team.
