Post by: droner on May 07, 2015, 04:13:16 EDT Since they beat the Colts so handily and then won the Super Bowl with what I assume were properly inflated footballs, I guess it doesn't matter as far as results go. But cheating is still cheating. It puts a taint to some extent on their accomplishment. Which makes me wonder: Why risk it? Perfect saintly Tom Brady has a stain on his halo.

There's only one way to truly make a defining statement: strip the Pats of their Super Bowl title and suspend both Brady and Belichick. Given the repeat offender status, I would suspend Belichick for a year and Brady for several games. Goodell's grandstanding will amount to far less than that, obviously.
