Receivers are still not getting much separation from the defenders, which makes every catch harder than it should be.
Actually they are, just that Josh doesn't have time to get the ball to them.
One example, Josh Smith broke wide open on the play that Kamara caught the pass for a TD, just that when our LG missed the stunt and allowed his man to come free untouched, Josh had not time to see him, let alone throw to him.
Smith is open, a LOT but Josh either doesn't see him, doesn't have time to see him or can't get him the ball in a catchable position.
Also, Smith and Williams both had drops Saturday (two in two games for Williams)
Against ASU in the 2nd half they were dropping 8 into coverage, making it difficult for anybody to get open, though the first pass to Malone was against similar coverage.
