Small frame...but as you can tell In the below video, He can take a lick and bounce right up!   4.0 GPA is also nice....

Here are highlights from Powell's spring game. The things that really jump out are the decisiveness of his cuts when he hits the point of attack, his ability to make tacklers miss in the open field, and his balance. One of the amazing things about Noel Devine's high school videos that went viral was his ability to make a move or get hit and manage to stay on his feet despite getting an ankle grabbed or getting knocked around. I think Powell has a little of that in him.

CP was the biggest freak (in a good way) at changing directions for such a big frame!
