It seems that Johnny Manziel is upset with all the media attention he's getting. Which is strange because every time I look up he's making a public appearance somewhere stirring up media attention.

Will anyone be surprised if Manziel (and by extension aTm) is a huge disappointment this season? If there's one thing we've learned at UT, if a player slacks off or gets in trouble in the summer, he usually has a poor Fall.  JM has Tyler Bray written all over him.

He is a great athlete which will help him, but I suspect he will have to beat people throwing the ball this year. We will see if spent as much time studying as he did partying.

Gotta say this.

1) He's only 20. If I'd tweeted a lot of my thoughts then, uh, wow, uh, they'd have been awful.

2) He's simply incredible to watch. Could he end up being Marcus Dupree-like? Perhaps, but I think he's such a competitor he thrives under pressure. That having been said I'll be surprised if he works as hard this offseason as he did last offseason. And if he doesn't the team probably won't either.
