And yes, I still teared up. I remember when Bama missed their FG, I knew we were gonna win in regulation. Once Bru caught that long pass, I had zero doubt about the FG. Unforgettable! I was in a hole in the wall bar on Alcoa Highway because the power at my Dad's was out and data on my phone also spotty, and it was all orange. It was probably not quite as good as being in the stadium, but man was that a good feeling! Finally. Finally, we beat that shizzle saban while he is still on top of his game. Such a feeling! I was sitting/standing/pacing/dancing in a Hotel in Lyon France and it was about 2:00 AM on Sunday morning. When the Field Goal went over the post I was DANCING A JIG and celebrating with Linda. We had a great time and finally Linda got to witness Saban going down (before she passed in February) |
