I will be leaving the office at 11:30 as usual on Friday. A foolish consistency might be the hobgoblin of small minds, but I'm not Emerson.

Going to be 66 in Knoxvegas today.  You aren't that far from here as the crow flies.  Does that mean that you'll be chasing fairways and greens this afternoon?

Yep. It's going to be a beautiful weekend.

Unfortunately tomorrow I have to go to a funeral. It's really inconsiderate for funerals and weddings to be held on a Saturday. Especially during football season.

The dearly departed must not have been a golfer, then.  Otherwise he/she wouldn't have allowed that to happen.   

My condolences, of course.
