Or a lot....

My 15 year old grandson is in the AFJROTC at his high school...he is on the drill team and commands 2 of the 4 teams that compete, and participates on the other 2 teams.   Today was just his 2nd competition as commander...

He commands Armed Regulation...they won 4th place, he also commands Armed Inspection...they won 1st place and he won Outstanding Commander for Armed Inspection!!   The color guard won 1st and the exhibition team won 4th.    They then took 1st place in the overall Armed Competition! 

I am so proud of him!!  He's becoming such an amazing young man!   I'm a happy Granny!  :) :)

That's what grandkids are for Granny: to make us happy and not worry us in our advancing age.          

Now, if either of my two kids would get it going that would be a great start!!! I told 'em how it's done, but I'm not re-living my history to them!

Oh, and I forgot to mention there were 21 schools in this competition -- so placing was a huge deal!   Winning it all was awesome!  :)
